I have enjoyed my new coffee center, especially the single-serve brewer. The only thing that I would say is that the ounces stated ( 6,8,10) on the single-serve does not fill a cup that holds 6 or 8 or 10 ounces completely, not a big problem however. It took me a few tries to seat the water container correctly so that it didn't leak, but once I figure out how to do it correctly there has been no problem. The 12 cup coffeemaker works great and keeps the coffee hot.

It is great for freeing up counter space but sometimes leaks water out the back. It is difficult to add water due to poor design. Overall, performs well.

The k-cups explode a lot which results in grounds in the coffee. I have found that you have to push it completely in, piercing the bottom, before closing the lid. That seems to help most of the time. Coffee from the brewer is hot and good!

Great coffee maker and single cup maker. Its a little confusing for when the left side is brewing based on the lights, which is why I gave it a 4 star and not 5 star. Like the coffee it makes and now we do not have to have 2 systems to make coffee. Very convenient.

This is my favorite coffee pot for the function and features as we normally make a pot of coffee but can also make a single cup or a K cup to go. We also use K cup side for just hot water for Tea or soup. The quality has been less than acceptable as we are on the 4th one and they have replaced the unit each time with little hassle, although new policy requires cutting cord off at the back of the unit and sending a pic rather than returning defective unit. This left us with no coffee maker while we waited for new one, which we found absurd! Luckily we have an old dependable standby. I am sure this is all due to Made in China quality and maybe some day they will have pride in the USA again and make them here with quality parts and labor! I would pay more to have it last!
