We own two of the Cuisinart coffee centers The first one we’ve had for over a year. And it has worked perfectly every single time. No complaints it’s great.
HOWEVER As a gift this past August I purchased a second identical coffee center for our vacation home. And soon after its first use we realized that the singleserve canister that is the water reservoir leaks when inserted in the coffee maker. It made quite a mess that first night. After trying to work with it for several days having to remove it every time so it wouldn’t leak all over the countertop. I called the help center and was told that they would send us a new one and we would return the old one. That worked out quite well.
Another HOWEVER With the first use of the “new“ coffee center instantly we found that it leaked in the same exact manner. The O-ring (if there is one) that seats the reservoir stem doesn’t hold water. It also leaked, and continues to leak. It’s been two weeks and I was hoping it would stop but it hasn’t.
So my only recourse is to call the help center again and sound like a fool.
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE OR AM I THAT UNLUCKY ... TWICE? This product isn’t cheap. And it should’ve worked the first time,
I will see if they actually publish this.

While in theory this is a great machine, the reservoir for the single-serve brewing side leaks--there is an insufficient seal between the removable tank and the port where water is drawn in. And yes, I requested a replacement tank--even with that, it still leaked. Very inconvenient to have to take the reservoir off and on constantly just to keep water from pouring all over the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second coffee maker. The regular side is terrific. Love the fact that I can set a timer so each morning I wake up to the smell of wonderful coffee. However the first brewer always had a problem. The stream of coffee was not consistent and splattered a lot. Also, it was not as hot as I would like, and it made strange noises. It was under warranty so customer service sent me a new one and it works to my satisfaction now.

Great coffee maker, versatile from the perspective of being able to brew single, K-cup grinds, as well as single K-cup adapter for your own grind, not to forget to mention multiple cups in the pot carafe
