I have had a Keurig for several years, 3 units. The first one allowed me to brew coffee in a special retainer as I had some special coffee from my travel. The last one would not allow such and even rejected Keurig pods because they were older and didn't have their logo. My Cuisinart allows me to brew all makes including my own ground coffees. It's easier to clean than the Keurig as well. If they gave me a Keurig free I would keep my Cuisinart unit. I love it.

I like the combo system, but it's hard to fill with water and the pot is not designed to pour well. So, we constantly have water messes.

This Coffeemaker has been perfect. Working from home during COVID-19 we consume more coffee. I can make a full pot in the morning and at the 2 o’clock slump pop in a single serve!!! We’ve had NO issues! Perfect for our needs !

I thought Cuisinart was known for quality. This product is bad! We are on the second one. Our first one was bought in December 2019. With five months it died. The second (sent through warranty) has a water reservoir leaking problem. I need to make another call to warranty. I would not buy again. It’s a shame. When it works it’s great.
