At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing this machine after reading the reviews however my experience has been GREAT! I don't see any of the issues that have been issued although I can see why those things were said. Maybe I lucked up and got one of the good ones lol but I absolutely love this machine better than my Keurig! Great investment!

Great coffee once the water is in the well

Like the system very much. Great to have the option of pot of coffee or single cup. The only drawback we have discovered is the awkward positioning of the water well for the coffee pot. It makes pouring the water into the well more difficult than it has to be.

I love this coffee maker. I can make about 3 individual cups without refilling the reservoir. And, best of all, the "auto off" feature means if you have brewed a pot and want an individual cup, you don't have to reset the pot to keep things hot. I love the temperature feature - hot is HOT, which is the way I like it. Worth every penny.
