My only complaint is that the carafe doesn’t allow you to fully pour all of the water in the well is an awkward angle. Otherwise I love it!

Both sides have worked well from the first cup we tried. It’s great to be able to make one cup most mornings, but a whole pot for company. Takes up the same space as our old single serve, and looks a lot nicer than having both units out.

The cup part of the coffeemaker works great! The problem I had is with the large pot section. The water reservoir is difficult to fill, especially without spilling water. I wish it had a reservoir to fill like the other side does. And because of the height of the appliance, It can’t be completely beneath cabinets. I have it in a less desirable location just because of that.

When we got it, the water reservoir had broken tines that hold the filter. I called the company and they sent another. A recurring issue we have is the things that break the pod, sometimes busy the whole top and it spews grounds everywhere. It is a mess! We have never had this happen with any other coffeemaker.

This model has some features that don't work! The auto brew setting doesn't work at all! The single cup maker is stuck at "clean". I even bought a new capdule holder!Clean light wont turn off.

It’s a little difficult to pour the water into the tank of the coffee maker when making a pot of coffee. Other than that issue I love this coffee maker. I have been using both the coffee pot and k-cups every day. It’s so much cleaner to have it all in one machine.
This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker in the last 14 years. I didn’t really need to upgrade from my last one but I really wanted to have a single serve coffee maker too. This was definitely a luxury purchase for me.
