We love this coffeemaker! The drip side functions the same as our previous Cuisinart coffeemaker. The addition of the single-serve system gives us the flexibility to make two different kinds of coffee in a very short amount of time.

poor quality for the price. the craft spills when pouring. the clean light wont go off after cleaning and replacing the filter. the single cup sid spits coffee everywhere.

I love 97% of this coffee maker. Specially the fact that I don't have to buy filters for it since I can opt for using the mesh one that already comes with it. However, the one thing that I don't love is all the splashes of coffee I get when using the single serve. Only way to avoid them is by using a tall enough mug. But it is not a deal-breaker, in my opinion. Lots of awesome features such as programming it for the next day, no need for constant purchase of filters, versatility of single-serve and coffee for all of options, etc.

Not worth the price based on the functionality offered. Nothing special other than merging of 2 coffe makers into one. still taking big enough counter space. Pouring water in the bigger jar needs precision training. Its expected that you have full view of the back side to check the water level. Bottom line, very poor in usability for the price
