We love the coffeemaker. It is easy to use and especially like the separate water well for the K cups. However, we need an instruction manual for the care of the coffee pot.

Even though it was more expensive than our previous cuisinart coffee makers, it much lighter weight and seems more cheaply made. You must get the coffee pot inserted just right or you end up with a huge mess on your counter. We’ve had a problem with the pods kind of exploding when you put the lid on to brew and end up again with a mess and grounds in your cup.

I like this coffee maker. Coffe has good flavor. Coffee is hot all the time. I would have given a 5, but the k cups splatter coffee while brewing a singke cup.

I have had this for about 3 months. It was more than I wanted to spend, but if it holds up well, it will be worth it. Convenient to have the option of single serve or pot of coffee.
You must make sure to pour The water in the back hole, which is hard to do with the pot, so I use another container to do that.
