Excellent product , however the only issue I have is the coffee is not as hot as I would prefer when using the single serve function. There is no way to adjust the temperature as in the pot of coffee setting.

I really love my coffee maker, but when using my own coffee for the single cup side, the coffee splatters out a bit when first coming out the reservoir. Hopefully on their next model they will perfect it!

Had 2 hiccups with coffee grounds everywhere. 1st one was the single serve. The k-cup was not being punctured either on top nor bottom far enough. I thought there might have been a rubber protector on the top needle? Took the rubber off, no change. Learned to just push the K-cup down by hand then close the lid. Works great like that. 2nd prob was a drunken set up of the pot side. The grounds basket was slightly cocked inside the groves that center it. This overflowed the basket and was a mess. So as long as I make sure the basket is fully seated it works great. Overall a great coffee maker. Ps. Was I suppossed to remove the rubber thing? Please add to the instructions wether or not to remove the rubber cover device on the top needle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
