Love the Coffee Center. Makes great pot of coffee and the single cup feature is great for specialty flavored treats. Only inconvenience is when brewing the K-cups the beverage splashes out some when running through the machine to the cup. Otherwise, very happy with the product.

The 12 cup side of the brewer is great and keeps the coffee really hot. The single serve brewer functions properly but the coffee just isn’t as hot as I like my coffee.

Nice coffee maker. Especially like the inline water filtration in the reservoirs. It also brews a nice cup of coffee. Unfortunately a problem developed within a few days of using the coffeemaker. The removable reservoir on the single serve brew side began leaking where the reservoir inserts into the coffeemaker. On a couple of occasions now I've found a large puddle around the coffeemaker when I had forgotten to empty the reservoir after making coffee. Sort of useless and a bit annoying to have a multi-cup reservoir that has to be emptied after every use especially on a coffeemaker this expensive. Without the leaking problem this would be a five star review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the SS-15 coffee maker for 2 years, and it's been great and with no issues. Only recently, since I have been using more, the single-serve side did not make coffee on the first attempt one Saturday morning, and while I could still hear the motor running only a few drops of water would come out but then no more. With talking to 2 people at Cuisinart's help phone on that Saturday and a little time to step though the troubleshooting process, we figured out that the nozzle was clogged. Once cleaned, it worked normally once again.
While I would have liked to see some basic troubleshooting notes in the manual, The helpline people were great!!!
