When using the k cup adapter the water comes out so fast it splashes all over the place have to use very tall cup to keep from making a mess on counter.Call factory support to see if they had a fix and rep acted like she didn’t want to be bothered We bought two of these and both do it

So disappointed!! It doesn’t brew bold coffee if more than 6-8 cups, sometimes even when less cups. It’s colored water coming out into the coffeepot. If using steel filter (we usually only use Melitta paper filter), in hope it would work better to brew proper coffee, for 8-10 cups, it overfloads and gets coffee grounds in the coffeepot. It’s not working properly. Every morning you wonder if you will get drinkable coffee.
