It is a little difficult to fill due to the small area in which to pour the water. First few times we used it, it got coffee grounds all over inside of the filter area. We used far less than the maximum number of scoops. Now, we use less water, so have to make more pots.

Really like the whole Coffee Center concept. The only problem is pouring the water in the top of the coffee machine section; It’s made awkward by the top flap - it makes leverage difficult to pour the water in. You have to pour it just right to get all the water in.

I like the coffee and the brand, my 3 issues are the same as many others. Pouring a pot full of water in the coffee reservoir is difficult as the angle of the lid, and the small opening makes it hard to empty the pot. Single serve reservoir leaks all over the counter as it doesnt seal Pouring that first cup of coffee in the morning it spills all over the place, it like the lid doesn't seal correctly on the pot.

We love the design and look of the copper finish in our kitchen. Our first machine lasted 18 months. Almost immediately it would explode kcups - randomly. we would insert the kcup and reopen the lid to make sure the pod had not been broken. It was irritating but we put up with it. The lid to insert the K pods broke and the water reservoir started to leak at 18 months so we replaced the machine. Already a couple kcups have burst using the new machine. We haven't returned it yet but are watching it closely.

Love it. Brews quickly. Auto turn-off after two hours is handy. Draw back, my first one only lasted two years then just quit on me. I did go out and buy the exact same one. Hope it lasts longer!
