The product is very good, makes a good cup of coffee/tea. The only complaint I have is when using the single cup option, when the coffee is being brewed into the cup, it splashes a lot and gets the glass pot dirty, along with the counter. Now, I don’t know if this is a flaw in my machine only.
I just didn’t want to return it to the store, just for this problem. I’ve only had the machine for a month, and it’s done this from the first day.

It’s a pretty good coffee maker. I’ve had it for almost two months and I like that the coffee/ water on the single serve comes out very hot as well as the 12 cup side. It also brews great tasting coffee. A few times the single side has splashed(why the four stars)when brewing but overall I’m happy with this purchase.

I love the look of this coffee machine and would of given 5 stars BUT.... the single serve side splashed all over the counter unless you raise up the cup. And the grounds will overflow if you do not get the pot pulled toward the front of the hot plate when brewing. The basket part that sits on the lid does not raise up enough to let the coffee drip through it fast enough and the water will build up and overflow.

The single cup feature is under ‘powered’, meaning the pour spits and hisses causing splashing of coffee in surrounding surfaces. It’s actually very messy. The adjacent glass coffee pot is affected, as well as the counter surface too. More thought is needed.
