Received our new machine and absolutely love the flexibility it provides. One key item that would have been great, flipping the unit so that it would be easier to fill the reservoir on the 12 cup coffee maker side.

I have had the pot for a month or so and it works fine. I haven't had to clean the pot or change the filters yet so I don't know if that will be a hassle or not. The coffee maker works perfect for a whole pot or just one cup.

This is my second Cuisinart coffee maker purchased this one because I liked the way my old Cuisinart brewed coffee and also want to try the brewing kcups when in a hurry. The drip brew did not disappoint same great coffee as my previous coffee maker. Still working on getting my kcups coffee to taste as good my drip coffee-so far its not bad but I suspect its the method not the machine.
