Excellent coffee maker. Having both the pot and kcup is a huge plus. Easy to operate and the only reason it's not a 5 star is because I would like to see a water heater so it's always ready to brew

Water reservoir lid does not fold back 100% and it is awkward to fill. My single serve reservoir seems to leak???!!!! The bold setting for brew really is regular, not bold. Very expensive for how it performs.

The single cup is sporatic at best. The measured amount per cup is very inaccurate. Sometimes, when 10 oz button is selected, you only get 06 oz. This happens even when the water tank is full.
