I really like the coffeemaker but there are two features that are missing and are very important to me; first, it doesn't let you choose how long you want it on. It shuts off after 2 hours. I love how on my other coffeemaker before this (another brand), you had a choice of 2, 4 or 6 hour shut off. Second, there is no way to silence the horrible, annoying beeps it makes when the coffee is ready and when the machine is shutting off. I really miss those two features that I had before in my last 4 Kitchenaid coffemakers. They really need to figure it out!

What a pleasure to use the single serve and 12 cup brewer. The single serve is great because there is no need to drag gallons of distilled water! The charcoal filter included makes life much easier. I think it is the best on the market and makes great coffee!

Makes a tasty one cup brew and 12-cup pot. Single cup brewer does splash more than Keurig, but a tall cup eliminates that. Also, there is not a "bold" or "strong" feature for single cup brewer as on Keurig. It's smaller than Keurig Duo in depth and width, but Cuisinart is taller. Looks real modern in my kitchen. I got all black one. I've not had any leaks that others have mentioned, but perhaps that happens when they fill with water and splashes over. Easy removable water tank eliminates that.

Sorry. Was looking forward to my using new coffeemaker. Only able to use the single serve side for about 6 cups when it stopped working, wouldn't turn on. We enjoyed the 6 cups, just a little strong. Nice looking machine. Cuisinart quickly responded to our complaint & we're waiting for the return label. Looking forward to a replacement coffeemaker.

It was what I was looking for. It gives me the flexibility to handle a K-cup and brew a pot of coffee. It needs to have a removable insert fo elevate the coffee cup closer to the output. It splatters on the counter and on the coffee maker. Adding water for the reservoir to brew a pot isn’t that easy to get in. It has a small point to pour water in.
