We love this coffee maker! Owned a 14 cup previously, and loved it. This one is great for those quick getaway mornings when you just want one cup and go, no pot to clean before you go. Kcup side make a good cup of coffee no matter which size you pick.

Coffee maker brews beautifully, the single serve is very good but has a tendency to "spit" into the cup which can be very messy. Were it not for this, I would have rated it higher.

However some issues such as kcup leaves behind coffee grinds sometimes the cleaning feature has issues
