I’ve had my combo coffee maker for a few weeks now. Overall I like it and it seems like the coffee is more flavorful.
Two negatives:
The single serve does splash a lot! But I solved by using a tall mug.

The other downside is it’s very hard to pour the water into the brew side without missing. The hole is small and the angle prevents one from getting all the water poured out of the carafe.
I would purchase again. I’m very happy to have the combo features.

I love this coffee pot, it is our second one. The first was broken by a friend of ours not a coffee pot issue. It is perfect to have a pot of coffee and the k-cups. The best part is the reservoir. You do not have to fill every time you want to use the K-cups. This is the best dual coffee pot on the market. It is expensive but truly worth the money.

Great product. Light and functional. Single serve function works fine but coffee dispensing is somewhat weak so there is a bit of minute splashing outside the cup. very minor and I have no problem with this but a stronger coffee stream would solve the issue.
