The idea of this coffee pot is great, however, the design is terrible. It is so awkward trying to pour the water into the 12 cup side. The water always ends up spilling all over.

Love most about this but can’t figure out who designed it. It is VERY difficult to pour water into the machine to make a pot of coffee. Water spills all over and doesn’t all pour out of the pot.

love that it has the pot and single cup brew functions in one unit. It is very easy to fill the water container for the single brew side. If i could change something it would be nice to brew a pot and cup at the same time and also have a bigger opening to add water on the pot side.
