Makes a mess every time using pod side of unit.

The functionality and brew quality are all there but one single design flaw earned this unit 2 stars. The distance between the coffee pod side and most coffee mugs is far enough that coffee/tea splashes everywhere during the brew process. My wife and I exchanged our first one thinking there was an issue only to find it happened again. If you don't mind cleaning up every single time you use it, by all means its a great unit. Unfortunately, that's not what we signed up for and decided to go with another brand.

This coffeemaker brews a very delicious cup of coffee. The combination single and 12 cup allows more counter space. The only negative comment is the single cup often splatters out all over the counter.

I like that I can make a pot or just a cup! The single side could have larger cup capacities to brew and stronger brewing but I like my coffee center with the cone shaped filter!

It exploded my k-cups. You have to be so careful that all buttons are in the correct position before using the k-cup portion. You have to take it off brew and put bold button on so that it doesn’t happen. Going to return it. Really frustrating and a mess to clean up.
