Love the coffee maker but it is hard to fill the carafe side with water. It also splatters some while brewing a single cup. Would be 5 stars with those problems in design addressed .

I have owned a Keurig single serve top of the line coffee maker for years and I wanted to upgrade it. Especially since I have been hearing negative health issues regarding their coffee system.
Once I saw the Cuisinart Black Stainless Steel 12 cup coffeemaker plus single serve brewer, it was love at first sight. After reading many negative reviews, I almost didn't purchase it but felt Cuisinart is a very reptuable company therefore, I took the leap. That was a month ago and every day that I use this coffeemaker, I fall even more in love with it. It may cost a wee bit more but the peace of mind knowing water is not laying inside the unit and growing bacteria I feel is worth the extra cash.
Once I saw the Cuisinart Black Stainless Steel 12 cup coffeemaker plus single serve brewer, it was love at first sight.
