Terrific coffee maker. The only thing is I already broke my glass coffee pot. I need to get another one. I wish it was more sturdy and stronger glass. At the same time the individual coffee maker is terrific. I wonder if you have the small paper filters for when you make a perfect cup of coffee. Otherwise I love the machine and it's beautiful.

The coffee maker performs well with one exception - the single-serve portion does not deliver the amount of coffee the buttons indicate, i.e. all the buttons (6oz, 8 oz, 10 oz) deliver less than specified. To get a full cup, I go through the 6 oz cycle twice.

I wanted to love this. I even called into Cuisinart regarding the issues I was having and they sent me a second one. (They wanted me to cut the cord of the old one and send them a picture for proof, which is a whole other issue that is so environmentally abusive…). When using the KCup side, coffee splatters out, at least 12” in every direction. You will never make a cup of coffee with this machine without having to clean up coffee from everything within a 12” diameter. The second issue with this machine is the carafe side. Good luck trying to fill the reservoir. It is such a small hole and is at a very bad angle. Both of these issues I can live with but they are very annoying on a daily basis. The second machine that Cuisinart sent me has the exact issues. I used to count on Cuisinart for quality products, but after this poorly executed coffee maker and the fact that I also bought a waffle maker that lasted for about 10 uses before breaking down - Cuisinart is no longer my go-to brand.

I like the brewed coffee that the coffee center makes, but sometimes the k-cup side puts coffee grounds from the k-cup into the coffee. I’ve tried everything and it keeps happening on occasion. Frustrating.

The pot side makes incredible coffee! I love setting it up before bed and waking up to fresh brewed coffee. The single-serve pod side is another story. It makes a mess while brewing. It splatters coffee all over the machine and counter. The only way to prevent this is to hold my cup up directly under it while it brews. That is so disappointing.
