Its a great looking space-saving appliance to our kitchen. After reading other reviews we certainly had our trepidations. The drip and Keurig seem to work just fine. Pouring water into drip compartment can be tricky as the lid stands as a slight obstacle. Don't these design engineers actually try out the product, a simple left hinge would have been a better option.

Great coffee pot. Love where I can make a pot for guest yet make an individual cup for myself. I have not had this very long but w bare really happy with it. This is an addition to my other cuisinart appliances and I still believe they are great products.

Two things that need improvement. 1) The reservoir cover needs to flip back farther to make it easier to pour the water into it. 2) The condensation on the reservoir door needs to drip back into the reservoir, not down the outside of the coffee pot.

Coffeemaker leaked first time I used it!!! It was purchased to replace a different Cuisinart model that leaked after two years of use. Needless to say I returned. This coffeemaker is not up to the quality standards that Cuisinart has been know for in the past.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
