The copper duo pot is beautiful! The single serve splatters a little bit but that’s not a problem as far as I’m concerned.

It does make coffee very hot which my husband loves and he said the coffee taste more stronger also likes this. But it splatters everywhere. We put a paper towel underneath the pot and that helps not splatter all over the counter. It also splatters all over the machine . Not sure why it’s not a steady stream .

My husband and I each have a morning beverage of our own; his is tea and mine is coffee. To make it quicker I had 2 coffee pots going; one for tea and one for coffee. So much of the time I would make too much which was a waste of tea and coffee. I was at a friend's house and she had a coffee center. I ordered one as soon as I got home from her house...I love the single serve for my coffee and the tea as well. So easy to use and cost effective too. I like that I can use my existing coffee in the single serve filter. Very happy with it!

Very pleased with my new coffee/ k- cup combo cuisinart. 3 areas that prevented a 5 star rating include
~the hot plate which doesn’t keep coffee hot very long,
~pouring water into the water well is very narrow and
~the coffee streaming from k- cup hole splashes/bubbles in and around cup holder.
