The single serve portion of the coffee maker needs to be improved. The k-cups explode towards the final portion of the brew. I saw these comments before I purchased but thought it should have been fixed, but it wasn’t.

I love having the flexibility of either an entire brewed carafe of coffee or a last minute, quick single cup brew. The single cup does work on tall coffee cups just fine. On smaller cups, however, there is considerable spatter on the cup rim. Still....a great combination machine. A great addition to our kitchen.

Fabulous coffee maker! This coffee maker makes the best coffee, with numerous options. Love the feature of being able to make my coffee bold, do you make it hotter and you have it programmable to come on and make the coffee whenever I want. Love the ability to make individual cups of coffee or tea!

Love the option of the carafe and the single cup. Overall we are very satisfied. The only inconsistency is the temperature of the coffee in the carafe.

We've had the Coffee Center about one month and so far give it a 5 star rating. I especially like the reservoir and cup size selector on the single cup side. I have limited counter space and the Center doesn't take up much more space than a coffee maker alone. Since the single cup side doesn't have an additional piece to sit a standard size cup on, we make coffee in the go cups that come with the unit and pour it into our regular cups to prevent splash back. Our previous coffee station had a serious water hose connection problem that was very difficult to fix and kept coming loose. We never had a problem with our old Cuisinart so decided that quality was worth the extra cost.

It replaces our Keurig machine which lasted for many years. We wanted a unit that would allow us to make a pot of coffee from some of our favorite bagged coffees that are not available as a K cup. This machine does everything we expected it to do: makes a good cup or pot of coffee with the perfect temperature. Minor downside, the water tank holds less water, so we are constantly refilling it. Overall a great machine.
