It's awkward putting the water in on the 12 cup side. it would be better if the water reservoir came out like the single cup. The space is small where you pour the water and spills out. Other than that, its a good coffeemaker.

i love the dual coffee maker, my only complaint is , is that when u brew a single cup it splatters everywhere. but a small price to pay for the convenience of having just one coffee pot instead of 2.

We bought this coffee maker in December of 18. My husband and I drink a pot of coffee every day. I have been prompted twice to clean the product which is easily done and inexpensive to do. We have been happy with this coffee maker. No complaints. We previously owned a Ninja Coffee Bar Coffee Maker and had nothing but problems.

Not impressed with this product at all. The K cup part takes a long time to brew. You can’t brew a k cup when you have your coffee pot set brew.

A little slow making the carafe part. It does sputter and spit coffee on the K cup side. This can be mostly avoided by using a larger coffee cup.
