The lid on the pot has to be pulled off and snapped back on. Says you can get coffee while brewing but you can’t on mine, when the pot is removed the coffee just goes everywhere.

Had higher expectations given the price. Everytime you open the lid to fill resevoir, water drips down the back. K-Cup feature clogs easy so we clean frequently.

The coffee maker makes a great cup/pot of coffee, but I have two “irks” when using it: I find it difficult to believe that the persons responsible for designing how to put the water in the maker itself only left a small opening in the BACK CORNER of the maker to do so; I have yet to pour water in it without it spilling!
Also , the basket comes out of basket holder in such a way that if you are not VERY careful, the grounds will spill everywhere.

I really like the space saver of having a 12 cup coffee brewer AND a single cup brewer together. My only complaint is that the single brewer spits water on the counter unless I raise the cup up about 2 inches. If you have a tall coffee cup 5-6 inches high no problem however most coffee cups are 4 inches high. Still happy with my purchase!

Great product. One suggestion, make an adjustable platform to accommodate smaller cups when using the k-cups. Too much splatter
