The single serve side cups keep exploding. I’ve tried cleaning the needles the way the manual says, still they keep exploding. It makes such a mess, coffee granules are everywhere. The stream of coffee coming out spits the coffee everywhere even on the counter.

The pods can only be used with a tall cup. It splashes all over. This is the second one I have that does this. Will never buy another one again

Adding water w carafe is a challenge. Kcup splatters on counter, carafe up to 8" away. Kcups have exploded 5 times w grounds inside & out everywhere. Cleanup is near impossible. This is our 5th Cuisinart over the years. Very disappointed. Not sure what to do about keeping it...it makes a mess
