The Kcup feature does not work well. Does not puncture the cup correctly. Creates a mess with coffee grinds. Had to return it.

The keurig side leaks everywhere with anything you do to try to secure it better. Very disappointed, my counter is full of water if I want to use that side.

Lid to reservoir broke during set-up. The 'Clean' light stays on all the time. The pod cup brew station is really sensitive with pod installation. If you aren't really careful, you get an overflow mess and it is a pain the butt to clean-up. Brew time in the carafe seems to take a long time compared to my old unit. Like my old cheaper Hamilton Beach SO much better. Old Cone style coffee filters...??? Who uses those anymore?

Machine works very well, replacing our single 12-cup brewing machine, also a Cuisinart (DCC-1200). Normally, we use the multi-cup carafe for brewing coffee in the morning. However, we wanted the flexibility of single serve, especially with working from home lately. Very satisfied with the brewing capabilities, and overall look for our kitchen countertop.
