Had no problems whatsoever with issues that were posted by others - leaking, spilling, etc. Works great and I love the bold brew option and the multi-level warming plate programmability. Wish filling the water reservoir for the carafe side was easier, but you just have to be careful and get used to it. It's everything I expected and can't be beat for all the features I wanted.

Love this coffeemaker, it is perfect for what I need. I wanted something that would make it easy to make just one cup of coffee for afternoons when I get home later and that also makes it easy for houseguests to make whatever kind of coffee they prefer if they want something different from wht everyone else likes. I also like the built in water filter, that is an important feature where I live.

I love the combo 12-cup carafe and single-serve coffeemaker. There is just the two of us, so we usually use the single serve, but when we have company, the carafe is so handy. The carafe feature can also be programmed so your coffee is ready when you get up in the morning. I highly recommend it!

Brews excellent coffee! I use the “bold” feature for all my coffee and it turns out perfect! I love that I can extend the time the carafe is kept hot to 4 hours instead of 2....because I’m retired now and can enjoy my coffee even longer! Just thought I would throw that in! Also, having the “Keurig “ option allows me to have tea in the afternoon.

We love the coffeemaker with one exception. The reservoir for full pot coffee is in the middle of the unit making it awkward to fill with water. With the cover pushed as far back as possible, there is always a tiny bit of water that doesn’t drain completely while filling and it takes good aim to not splash when beginning to pour water from the pot into the reservoir. The reservoir should be on the left where the pot sits rather than in the center. Otherwise the unit is convenient, compact, and looks nice. It satisfies all full pot and single cup coffee drinkers, and would get 5 stars from us if the reservoir was on the left. .
