We love the coffe pot. Easy and fast to get going. We were perking our coffee and always had grinds in our cups. We are pleased with both the coffee pot and the Single serve.

This is a great product so far. (I say so far, because we have barely had it a month, and another similar product that we had for about a month started leaking from the bottom, so back it went...enter Cuisinart) I would have given this product 5 stars except for the fact that it is very tricky to fill the carafe water tank. Very small area to pour water into and then you cannot completely empty the water because of the awkward angle. I thought about using a funnel but that is a hassle.Thr only other thing is I am not sure that the water filters are necessary. I don't notice a difference in taste from what I had been using, and I fear that the coffeemaker will become "needy" always asking for a filter replacement. Other than that the machine is great! I do love the combo option of this with the ability to use K cups or brew a full pot. Good and hot. Excellent!

This coffee maker does everything that we were looking for and does it very well. Great feature to be able to adjust the heat levels of the warming plate too. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for something that brews a more quality pot of coffee without breaking your budget. My only suggestion is that I wish designers would find an easier way to pour the water into the reservoir for the full pot side - I always manage to spill a bit as I'm trying to get the last of the water poured into it due to the odd angle. The way the reservoir is removable for the single serve side is fantastic - why not also do that for the 12 cup pot side?

I have no issue with the pot side of the brewer, but the single serve side is messy. It tends to blow up the pods; makes a huge mess! I still like the idea behind this machine, but they need to figure out the single serve side.
