We had purchased one for our mountain condo over a year ago and loved it. So when our original Cuisinart coffee maker finally quit on us, after years of use there was no other choice but to replace the old Cuisinart with a new one. We are delighted with our new coffee maker.

My wife and I are very pleased with this coffee maker that replaced an old Hamilton Beach dispenser model. The only reason we are not giving it 5 stars is the challenge of filling the water tank for the 12 cup brewer. Pouring the water in the top back corners behind the coffee filter takes extra care and usually results in water spillage on the coffee maker and countertop.

I've had a 12 cup Quisinart coffee maker for a lot of years but I have occasionally wanted a single cup, so when I saw this 12 cup and single brewer go on sale I did not hesitate. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product. I also like the fact that the single brew side has a 40oz reservoir. My wife likes lighter coffee so occasionally I make a small pot of her coffee and I have more robust cups using the single side.

Expect to find water accumulating under the coffee maker. Awkward to pour water into the reservoir without missing. Water that has condensed on the brew chamber cover, will spill onto your counter or table when you remove the grinds. Water from the one cup reservoir will leak out at the bottom when you move the coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept with the two different ways to make coffee. I have to agree with other reviews that it’s difficult to pour the water in the reservoir. The coffee does not stay hot long enough.

Puring water into reservoir is kind of difficult. Its a small opening and the carafe touches the lid of the maker. Other than that its a great product.
