Filling water from the Carafe for a full pot is awkward. Otherwise, we love it. Maybe a separate water container to use for filling.

Ordered this to replace my old Cuisinart grind and brew model. Love the coffee brewer side. It takes a cone filter, has 3 plate warming options, coffee brews hot (my husbands preference). With the on demand side brews really hot/ love that. I don't find it to splatter the way other reviews stated. What I do not like is that it only brews up to a 10 oz cup. Plus it has a on/off button on side which is cool for energy saving. Kind of complicated at first to use.

Nice coffee maker that makes a good brew. The only drawback is the water container on the 12 cup side. It is kind of awkward trying to pour water into the reservoir located behind the filter housing. Other than that, the coffee maker has been good as advertised.

I love my coffee maker! I love being able to choose between either a pot of coffee or using the K-cup. I have not had any issues with leaking water as some people say. Would highly recommend this machine.

Best Coffeemaker I’ve ever owned. Saves us money. WE make a pot in the morning. But I can have my one or two cups in the evening. Or if I want tea. Just pop in a pod. Love Your Product !!!

Love the brewer with both options. The only drawback is the water condenses on the lid and when you lift the lid the water runs bown the back side outside the unit. Tap the lid several times hard as you open it and it knocks the water off. Cuisinart you need to look at adding a lip of somesort to divert the water into the water tank and not down the outside back of the brew unit.
