We replaced our old kuerig with this after seeing it in the store and have been very disappointed. While the carafe coffee maker side works fine, the single serve side sprays the coffee outside the mug and makes a mess. Will be returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I gave this coffeemaker 4 stars because when you lift the lid to fill the carafe reservoir, condensation on the lid from the previous brewing will run off the lid and down the backside of the coffeemaker. Not a big deal but still something to I find annoying. Otherwise we’re very happy with our new coffee center!

Excellent coffeemaker for brewing a full pot; or just an individual pod cup. Great value! I had a similar Hamilton Beach unit prior, but it leaked the first time I poured water in it.

I spent a long time trying to replace my last coffee maker. I like that it has a large water resevoir for the pot and fairly large one for single use side. Uses any type Kcup or you can use your own. Large side also came with a metal filter if you chose. (Easy to clean the filter) Has a timer for the pot-several settings and temp control for the pot side. It does beep when done brewing a pot. Auto shut off. Looks nice.
