Single serve unit works well. I haven’t used the coffee pot. A filter holder (black) was missing from that part. Be sure to check your unit to be sure no parts were left out.
How can I get a replacement?

I always buy cuisinart coffeemakers. I love the single serve side. It’s great and makes a really good cup of coffee. What I don’t like is the button for brewing a full pot. It’s tricky.

Bought this to replace a Keurig K-Duo because the pot dripped when you poured. The Cuisinart pot does not drip, but it is inconvenient to refill the water reservoir because the machine is so high you have to pull it out from under the cabinets to open it up. Also, there is no way to select the number of cups you want to brew other than by the amount of water you add. It does brew the coffee nice and hot. The single cup feature works well too.
