Difficult to pour water in to brew pot of coffee. Water reservoir for k cups needs to be larger.

I replaced a 10 year old Bunn coffeemaker with this dual option coffeemaker to save counter space. There are water filters for both tanks. The operation is quite simpler and the final product tastes excellent. Hopefully, it will last as long as my last machine.

We have used a Bunn coffee maker for many years and decided when it was time to purchase a new pot that we would try something different. I am so pleased with all the options this coffeemaker offers. We use the bold setting and it makes strong smooth coffee without having to add extra grounds. The single serve option is so convenient when just one of us want a single cup in the evenings. The temperature settings are also very nice, we love strong, hot, smooth coffee and this pot delivers.

Love my new coffee maker. One suggestion for improvement. The brew/warm is confusing to me when I want to turn off the warmer. I have it to auto stop and the time it's best for me but some mornings we are running out the door and I want to turn off the warm plate sooner. An "off" button would be nice so I have no doubts the warm plate is off.
