i bought this coffee maker for roughly 1/2 price as store was closing it is great i would have paid full price long ago if i knew it was this good it solves all coffee needs a quick cup . or big pot full as strong or weak as you want what more could you want!

This is the best coffeemaker I’ve ever owned. The single serve option is a bonus and works perfectly. The coffeemaker drip is a bit slow but you can make a single cup in seconds. Love everything g about it.

It is a great product and so convenient having a full pot or single serve all in one. The only thing that I can say, which isn’t a big problem, but the single cup has a tendency of spitting the water which will splash on the outside of the cup. Otherwise it makes the best coffee.

After brewing a pot of coffee, the karafe does not stay warm. Coffee gets cold within 30 minutes!!! I do not like that part; I’m considering returning the coffee pot.

Had to return the first one as it leaked like a sieve from the bottom of the single serve unit. Regular brew side worked like a charm. Replacement unit works great and makes a good cup of coffee.

Really enjoy the dual coffee maker. Gave it a 4 because problem I have is filling the water reservoir. Water is difficult to pour into the opening for the 12 cup side, plus when the lid is lifted up, moisture which has collected overnight runs down the back & onto counter. However it still makes great coffee.
