The single cup nozzle sprays hot water not directly into the cup below, you have to position the cup to the front edge of the platform do water doesn’t go everywhere.
The side switch should be on the front and the water tanks should be on the side. Most of these coffee makers are under cabinets and you have to constantly move it from under the cabinet to refill the tank.

I have several Cuisinart products. Some are good, some not so good. I have only had the Coffee Center a month but so far it is doing well. I have two issues. One is how the carafe is filled with water. The other is when opening the lid after brewing to remove the coffee basket, water runs down the back of the coffee center. I love the look of the Cuisinart products and their functionality. I hope that the Coffee Center continues to function as designed. I would recommend to others.

Very happy with it. This is our 2nd one, on the first one the single serve did not work real well. Would give you about 2 oz and then stop. Then I broke the carafe. So I bought the new one and it works much better. The old one I did have about 3 or 4 years I think

We like our new coffeemaker. The only issue we have had is with using the Kcup's they seem to get stopped up or don't drain properly and back up. That causes coffee grinds to get in our coffee and all over the coffeemaker, which is a big mess to clean up. Not to mention a bad cup of coffee. Still haven't figured out why this happens.
