I'm very happy with it. I read some of the reviews and was not quite sure especially for the price. I decided to go for it. I own other cuisinart products and I love them. So far no problems with one. The coffee is so yummy and I love the option of the one cup or hot water only for tea or hot chocolate etc.

Pouring the water into the brew side of the machine is awkward because of the position of the lid. I always manage to spill some water. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it! My former Keurig didn’t brew hot enough, and this Cuisinart brews a K- cup much quicker and much warmer.

I use the single serve side. Compared to my Keurig the water reservoir is smaller and it takes more time brewing a cup. I haven't used the coffee pot side yet.
