Coffeemaker is not the best. The function buttons are a little confusing but the big issue was single serve brewer. If the cup lever is pressed too hard the top is torn open and coffee grounds go everywhere during brewing. Very messy and cup is full of grounds

My new machine works well. I haven't had any problems and it makes great coffee. My only negative comment would be the fact that it's awkward to fill the 12 cup water reservoir.

We had several cup explosions in the first few days, which tossed grounds and water all over the countertop. For this reason, we returned the unit. The regular brew side of the machine seemed to work well.
