Great concept, but needs work. The single serve water tank is too small, and it splatters coffee all over. My unit’s brew sizes are off by a full two ounces. I don’t know if they all are that way, but I had to put stickers over the buttons with the correct ounces. The drip side seems to be fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite an excellent machine that freed up counter space. Nits are it only makes/holds eight 8 ounce cups of coffee. I use a measuring cup to add the water and it definitely holds only 8 full size cups. BTW, that is the center medium button. The twelve they advertise would be less then 6 ounces and would be right to the extreme top of the pot. That is achieved by using the left small cup button which most people would rarely use. The other nit is with my old full size Keurig device, after it makes a cup you must open the hatch to reset it before it would allow you to make another. With this device, after it makes one K-cup, you can mistakenly make another using the same used k-cup. There is no hatch reset feature.

Works great wish it was easier to add water to the 12 cup side. The lid is in the way and not very large space to pour in water. Other ghan that has nice features wife like the single serve side can use for hot water for hot chocolate etc.
