I received this as a gift and love that you can brew a single cup after brewing a pot, without the pot shutting off. The single is very quick, not 4mins like the competitor Hamilton Beach. Love that the single has a holding reservoir for water. Has the same features as the standard coffee pot, which I think is a bonus. Would definately recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a dual. I drink coffee all day long, so it definitely gets used

I have a Keurig and a Cuisinart Drip. this coffee center could replace both.

Coffee splatters, needle breaks, does not work on recyclable k cups, small water reservoir on k cup side, lots of coffee grounds in coffee and in machine. In 2 months we have replaced the first machine and are on the 2nd needle on the 2nd machine.
