I love cuisinart product. Recently upgraded to this from my single serve cuisinart coffee maker. Only thing that is disappointing is when make a single cup using a cup it seems to spray a lot of water in all directions. And sometimes it does not properly pierce the cup which makes a big mess out of grounds.

We purchased this a few weeks ago to replace our single cup brewer and our Ninja coffee bar brewer. Yes! We had and used both. After researching to replace the Ninja we decided on the Cuisinart 14 cup brewer. When we got to the store we found the coffee bar. So glad we found this. Easy to use and nice hot coffee. Now we have more room on the counter and it has worked beautifully. Will be buying one for our travel trailer soon

This coffee maker does it all. You can make a big pot or just a few cups. The cup side can hold regular ground coffee OR the K-cups. I even use the cup side as a tea maker. Both sides also have a replaceable water filter, very handy if you have city water. The coffee and tea taste amazing, and I am impressed by my Cuisinart Coffee Machine.

We love this unit except for one major issue: it is VERY difficult to fill the reservoir with water - the coffee maker has to be pulled as far out as possible on the counter and even then it's nearly impossible to get water into it due to the angle. This issue is very frustrating and really sours our opinion of the machine overall. But it does make terrific coffee.

Really like to have the option of a pot of coffee or a single cup.
This is my third cuisinart pot .......I bought the last one because the single pot was making a grinding sound and the heat plate for the big pot got rust marks on it.
