My husband and I really love our Cuisinart 12 cup Coffeemaker and Single serve Brewer, except for one thing... we've had several times where there are a lot of coffee grounds in the coffee carafe after brewing. We are super careful to make sure the paper filter and basket are aligned as well as the carafe. We've also tried putting less ground coffee in the basket. Still we get grounds occasionally. We still love the machine though and would definitely recommend it.

Attractive and very functional meeting a variety of service needs. One design issue that should be improved - the addition of water to the carafe portion of the maker, it has to be poured into small openings behind the filter cup. This could certainly be redesigned for a more user friendly experience.

Extremely satisfied. I'm not at all clear why there are a number of negative reviews. It's been a month and the machine works perfectly. Super easy to set up and program. NO issues with leaking which a number of people complained about. Multi-cup and single cup functions both deliver good tasting hot coffee. I highly recommend.

Makes delicious coffee that stays hot and fresh. I also love the single cup feature! I use the reusable up so I can get fresh-ground taste instead of the throw-away pods. The only minor issue they should consider tweaking for the next model is to include a built-in adjustable stand to raise the coffee cup closer to the dispenser for the single-serve. If using a small cup, it spatters and makes a bit of a mess. Not a big deal, but it would be an easy fix with a removable spacer.
