Bought in Dec. and so far it is the best! I went through 3 Kruigs that all bit the dust! Bought one and had so much trouble that they had me send it back for a replacement. It happened again so I finally threw the third one away!

I really am enjoying the Coffee Center. Love the room it saves, two appliances into one. The individual serving side does spit a little water onto the counter and the little handle to lift out the water dispenser snapped 2nd day, but minor issues. Makes good hot coffee and is easy to use.

I bought this a month ago and I am pleased with the way the coffee brews. My only criticism would be to have a better filter for the single brew as you get a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup.

I think we drink more coffee just to use the single serve feature. The pot comes in handy for groups but seems like everyone enjoys picking their own flavors. We really get a kick out of it!

love the coffee maker, but the “clean” light keeps coming on, even though we use only zero water pitcher water to fill the resevoir. I hope this is just my coffee maker and not a global glitch. This coffee maker was only purchased mid-December so to have this light come on so soon and so often seems weird.

The single serve cup size splashes all over while brewing. Cup sets too low on holder causing up splash due to water coming out fast and making coffee jump out of cup.
