This was a Christmas gift - I was excited to get it. The single cup feature occasionally spills grounds into the cup from the K-cup. I've only used the carat side of the make once so far.

Every thing is great and we love it. Except... Carafe. It is difficult explain but I will try. Carafe is beautiful but when you pour water from it to machine, it is impossible to pour last drip of water into machine. For pouring all water, Carafe to be tilt more than vertical and it hits the cover. Also when pour into coffee cup, it is very hard on your wrist.

This item is adequate, but that's all. I wanted to be able to brew a full pot or just a k-cup. This item seemed like exactly what I needed. It does do that, but unfortunately, it spurts coffee everywhere when using the k-cup. If you don't mind cleaning your countertop & the coffee pot & coffee unit everytime time you use the k-cup feature, it is adequate.

We have had this for several months and overall we are pleased. However, for what the retail price of what this coffee maker comes in at, it falls short in some areas. First, when trying to poor the full pot into the resivoir the space given and how accurately you have to poor is kind of bothersome. The top flip up lid is almost in the way. If it’s close to a sink and you can fill with sink hose, your golden, ours isn’t within reach. My other two complaints are with the single brewer side. It’s not large enough to put a standard size thermos under it. I have to make in a different cup/glass then poor into my thermos. Lastly, when brewing on single serve side with normal sized codffee cup there is a lot of splattered coffee marks that need to be cleaned up afterwards. Again overall we have enjoyed this new coffee station, but it was really close to us loving it!

we bought this a little over a month ago.we really love you can do a pot of coffee,or a k cup with the same machine,before we had to have 2, and you had to add water everytime.this one you can add water once and have enough.very happy with it
