My favorite feature is definitely having the option of making an entire pot of coffee or just a single cup. My two biggest ‘complaints’ are the amount of splashing that occurs during single cup brewing and the odd way of filling the whole pot water resovoir- can’t ever seem to get all the water from the coffee pot into the resovoir b/c of the resovoir lid.

This is the second time we have purchased this product. We really like the features and the fact that we can brew a pot or a single serving. It can be a little messy when brewing single serving as it has a tendency to splatter. However the first one we purchased only lasted a little over a year, but because we liked the brewer we decided to try again hopefully this one will last longer.

I bought this with gift cards I received for Christmas! I knew when I saw it I needed in my kitchen. I love the option of full pot and K-cups! The only issue I have; the awkward angle and small opening to fill the coffee pot side. Might want to work on that one. Otherwise we are totally in love with it and all all our guests are jealous!
