Overall I like the machine. What would make it better is a 12oz cup option. The single serve does splatter a lot while brewing so I have to clean the counter after each brew.

We received this as a Christmas gift. Splatters coffee everywhere when brewing “by the cup”. Tears a rather large hole in the pod and gets coffee grounds all inside, thus making it difficult to clean. Very disappointed.

I got it as a Christmas present and I do like it but wished the opening for the water for the large pot of coffee would be easier to access. When pouring it in I always seem to have some going left and right of the opening .its just a too small an opening

have it now 3 weeks makes great pot of coffee and single cup is easy to fill resivour with balanced handle just slips back in place and also makes great cup of coffee all the people complaining about single cup side splashing all over the place have no idea what their talking about never had a pslash I use it everyday
