I bought this because two pots - one reg and one Keurig took up the whole counter. My husband loves the reg pot and says it makes great coffee. The pod part is good but sometimes it splatters. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5.

We really like having the ability to use the same product for ground coffee or pods purchased at the store. We can even do individual servings of ground coffee in the provided empty pod.

The single serve side is not a smooth flow of water but sporadic causing spitting or splashing all over. I either have to hold a large mug up and over the water source or use a thin plastic shield between the mug and carafe for protecation from the messiness.
