Received as a gift. The only issue is where you pour your water into the tank to make a pot of coffee is not located in the best position. It is awkward to fill and must be pulled away from the wall.

We bought this around Christmas as I saw an ad about it. We had a 12 cup Cuiisiart and really liked it, but when I saw the added features of the single cup & K cup, we wanted to try it. Love those features, which we have often used for a quick 1 cup in afternoon or whenever.
