I have used many coffee makers, this has many bells & whistles. Also many options. I grind my coffee before brewing. You can use large 12 cup pot with gold basket or paper and individual with ground or K-cups. Only issue I have had is the water supply container for single cup needs to be placed on the seal correctly. Care needs to be taken if moving the unit as this single cup water container moves easily and can leak if not precisely on the seal. The only part not excellent.

We bought the product for Xmas and basically satisfied w/one exception. There is a lot of splash from the single Kcup. The output is not consistently smooth and steady.

Although I do like some of the features of this unit. However there are features I don’t like. For instance you can’t use the single serve side and the coffee maker side at the same time. The single serve side sprays coffee all over the counter while making.
